Dr. Schultz is a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in Chattanooga, Tennessee specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy with an emphasis on outcome- oriented treatment. She works in partnership with her clients to increase coping strategies targeting adjustment to significant life transitions, as well as treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenic disorders. She holds licenses in New York and Tennessee and is authorized to provide interstate telepsychology under PSYPACT.


Dr. Schultz has over 22 years experience as a licensed psychologist, working primarily with adults in private practice, and hospital and community settings. Her therapeutic process focuses on building active client engagement, empowerment, self-awareness and guiding towards developing personal mastery over life challenges. Dr. Schultz provides a non-judgmental therapeutic space for individuals of all genders and sexual orientation. Clients will work together with Dr. Schultz as a therapeutic team.

Education

Dr. Schultz attended New England College in New Hampshire for her undergrade degree and obtained her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology at Carlos Albizu University in Miami, Florida. Post-doctoral training was completed at Brookdale University Hospital in Brooklyn, New York.
